It should indeed be a glorious nine months of pregnancy, a very special time that should be treasured and enjoyed yet so often is not, because of its downside e.g. pregnancy blues, nausea and vomiting and so much more that we most times accept as part and parcel of pregnancy. Worse still is the fact that oftentimes we suffer simply because we don't know whether or what to do or how to do something properly like pelvic exercises during pregnancy.
