Hi there. I'm doing a paper on home birth/natural childbirth and I was wondering if any of you would like to answer a few questions on the subject. I hope it's ok to post this here.


How many children do you currently have?
How old were you when you had your first natural birth? Second, third, etc?
Where do you currently live? What city/state/country etc did you reside in when you gave birth?
If you have more than one child, did you choose natural birth for all of your children?
Have you ever given birth in a hospital before?
Do you have any friends/family/acquaintances etc that have chosen natural childbirth?
Who was present at any of your births? Midwives, nurse midwives, etc, or did you give birth unassisted?

Packing for the hospital
I could have sworn I saw this question here just the other day, but I just went back two months and can't find anything remotely similar.  I also checked the tags, as I'm SURE it has been asked here many times, but can't find a relevant tag.  Maybe we could have one, mods?  :)

I'll be 33w on Sunday, planning a natural hospital birth, and am starting to think about what to pack.  I read somewhere that you should pack your hospital bag in the 8th month, and even though it still seems like it's kind of soon, I could use a mini project so I'm starting to get a few things together.

So, Ladies, bombard me with your lists.  Assuming all goes well, we will be able to leave the hospital about 24 hours after birth, so I'm trying to take a minimalist app...
