A woman's work is never done, especially if she is a mother, whether she is a working mom or stay at home mom. I have been blessed with the ability to work from home, which means there is all kinds of work at home all the time. Today is Tuesday and I am currently sitting in the waiting room while my son is having a dental implant, this trip was an hour from home.

I grew up in a big family with a mother who was a stay at home mom. She was busy from the minute she woke up to the minute she laid down to sleep at night. My mother did this 7 days a week. Sometimes she also had to get up in the middle of the night to be a nurse when one or more of us were sick. There were no days off for her. I don't know if my mother had time to think of how to feel worthy at being a stay at home mom.

There aren\'t enough adjectives in the English language to cover the different hats a mother wears during the day. First of all she must have a good sense of humor or her days would be very stressful. A mother is there for their children when they have boo-boos and all they want is a kiss and a band aid to make it all better. Children love it when they have their mother\'s undivided attention.

Mother's Day is celebrated every year in the United States on the second Sunday of May. In 1914, President Woodrow Wilson signed the Congressional bill making Mother's Day a national holiday. Anne Marie Jarvis is credited with establishing the holiday to commemorate her mother's death on May 9 1905. Here are a few interesting facts about Mother's Day.

Mother's Day is the time to show appreciation and treasure the precious bond of love that you and your mother share. A mother does everything for her children, the least one can do is recognize her never ending job and her selfless ways. There is no better occasion to indulge your mom with precious gifts and heaps of love.
